Start on this site with 10 quick questions. It tells you whether mediation looks like a good fit for you and your spouse, and which of our processes matches your situation.

Book your free consultation
We meet with you to confirm that mediation is the right path, answer your questions, and walk through what to expect. There is no cost or obligation for the initial consultation.

Mediate Saturday
One neutral mediator sits down with both spouses and guides you through every remaining decision: property, debts, support, and, if you have children, a parenting plan. The goal is a full agreement, signed that day.

Paperwork Sunday
You complete your county's uncontested divorce packet yourselves, review the documents together, and sign everything needed to file. If either of you wants your own attorney to review the signed agreement first, there is a short window to do that before it becomes final.

File Monday
You file the completed paperwork with the court on Monday. From that point forward, the process is on paper rather than in a courtroom fight.
Georgia's 31-day waiting period
Georgia law requires a mandatory 31-day waiting period after your Petition for Divorce is filed before a judge can sign the final decree. The clock on those 31 days starts the moment you file. Your agreement and paperwork can be finished the same weekend, which means the waiting period is the only thing standing between filing and your final decree.
